Sevilla Naranjo and Ernesto Mart\u00ednez Cobo decided to build more than just infrastructure \u2014 they set out to build a legacy of excellence.\n<br><br>\nAfter completing their studies in the United States, they returned to Quito, Ecuador, driven by the belief that great engineering must rest on strong values: Respect for the client, Operational efficiency, Reinvestment for sustainable
